It’s the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) safety and driver-assist package, designed to detect hazards, step in when necessary, and help you drive more safely.

Main Features of Honda Sensing®

These are the main components included in the standard version: 

  • Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™) 

Uses a camera and radar sensor to detect vehicles or obstacles ahead and automatically applies the brakes to reduce the severity of a collision or avoid it altogether. 

  

  • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) 

Maintains a constant speed and automatically adjusts the distance to the vehicle ahead. 

  

  • Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) 

Detects lane markings and gently adjusts steering to help keep your vehicle centered in its lane. 

  

  • Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM) 

Detects if the vehicle is unintentionally leaving the road without signaling. Depending on the model, it may apply mild steering and braking assistance — though it doesn’t fully take over steering.
